Diversity and Inclusivity

The Purdue Global Learning and Leadership Community Diversity Series: A Framework for Inclusivity in Higher Education provides key considerations for teaching and learning in the online classroom. The series was developed to personalize the student learning experience and improve student outcomes. Learner characteristics are identified with the goal to think about each student and how best to meet their learning needs, based on the given characteristic. Each session examines the environment and resources available to provide an experience that supports intellectual inquiry. Tools are also provided to help formulate strategies that enhance the academic climate inside and outside of the classroom.
